I am tremendously impressed with two handed Endoscopic dissection, I have used microscopes for ear surgery for more than 5 decades and always tought microscopeic dissection for more 25 years to more than 2800 students , but the field which you get with endoscope is far superior than microscope , and Endoscope is only instrument for all nasal and anterior skull base surgeries, and can be used as additional instruments in many lateral skull base surgeries, and is best instrument for photography in many laryngeal lesions, it's best instrument to demonstrate all type of thyroplasties , i think more and more institutes should train our students with endoscopic ear surgeries, the limitations of endoscopic surgery in anterior skull base surgery are minimised blearning to use three or four hands occasionally, we should be great full to Mubark khan for developing the endoscopic surgery stand , I have watched dissection on few occasions by junior surgeons also it's great tool , learning curve will be probably little longer as all we senior surgeons using microscope may not like to popularise or may not be very comfortable using it ,

Stand developed by Mubarak is excellent stand with possibility of 360 degrees rotation, but it may take time for us to get used to multiple nobes , quality is also outstanding of material used for stand , and more than that he also has stand which can hold the microscope also ,i think every teaching institute having post graduate program should have this equipment in their hospital
